Kalamazoo AMBUCS announces the formation of “Mobile Vet AmTryke Task Force 1”. This task force is a joint command venture between AMBUCs, Lest We Forget our Vets and The Military Road Show & Traveling Museum. Each segment of these organizations work “Shoulders together to support wounded combat soldiers”.
This program is based on the AmTryke platform, a specially de-signed therapeutically tryke capable of handling a full sized adult. The versatility of this vehicle allows for the rider to operate the pedals from the handle bar position or from a foot position. This aids in rehabilita-tion from combat injuries and creates ability through mobility.
Through your generosity, these AmTrykes are being made available to Vets in need of them.
